Hakim’s career overview:
Hakim is Senior Research Manager at InSites Consulting. He joined the company in 2008. Next to client projects, he is closely involved in the business unit Market Insights and is co-responsible for the qualitative department.
Hakim has been a guestspeaker on branding and market research in the Brand Management Master Class, Brand Café-program and ASLM-congress at the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School. He presented papers on several topics in Esomar congresses and also presented casestudies on politics and brands for Vepec.
He co-wrote and published ‘Singles, Lies and Videotapes’ in 2004, a book on market research he conducted on singles as a marketing target group.
He became a licensed BEA-advisor (Flemish Government) in 2007

Hakim conducted 150+ (and counting) qualitative focusgroups and 100+ (and counting) in-depth quali interviews in his career
Started his career at MarketResponse Belgium where he started as data collection supervisor
He then became research consultant at Compagnie where he was responsible for all integrated quanti-quali projects.
Launched Compagnie’s qualitative department Partcours as director in 2006 and led it untill 2008.
Fluent in Dutch, French, English and Arabic.

Hakim graduated with distinction from Communication Sciences at the Universiteit Gent.
